Securing the Pipeline
Data integrity is not just a service we offer; it is the foundation of our own operations. Mumbai Core Analytics employs end-to-end encryption for all stored files and uses regionalized cloud storage solutions in accordance with local Vietnamese data residency guidelines.
Retention Period
Initial inquiries are held for 24 months unless a service contract is signed.

Strict internal MFA protocols ensure only assigned analysts view client data.
Your Data Autonomy
Right to Access & Portability
You have the right to request a digital export of all personal data we hold. We deliver these reports in standard JSON or CSV formats to support your own BI workflows.
Right to Erasure
Commonly known as the "right to be forgotten." Upon request, we will purge your contact history and enterprise profiles from our active CRM and backup archives within 30 days.
Rectification of BI Records
To maintain the accuracy of our core analytics results, you may update outdated professional information at any time via a direct request to our compliance officer.
